About
Aisha Bain is a social innovation designer, cultural strategist, and facilitator of futures.
Aisha Bain is a storyteller, strategist, and facilitator of bold new worlds. With over 20 years of senior leadership in 20+ countries, she has worked alongside movements, foundations, governments, and UN agencies to respond to crises, shape strategy, and design transformative programs.
A snapshot of her work includes conflict and natural disaster response in Haiti and Congo, environmental rights in Mongolia, anti-human trafficking in Southeast Asia, and global and local initiatives to end gender-based violence with refugees and across the U.S.
From global summits to grassroots mobilization, Aisha designs and facilitates conversations and collaborations that bridge identities, disciplines, and divides. Rooted in BIPOC and Indigenous wisdom, her work reclaims erased histories, harnesses collective power, and builds bold, just, and equitable futures.
A dynamic international speaker and expert facilitator, she is known for turning imagination into impact, whether guiding post-crisis transformation, elevating women’s leadership, or co-creating solutions with communities most impacted by injustice.

“Because the systems we’re dismantling can’t define the futures we’re building. And survival isn’t the same as freedom.”
